Return Process

Email our cellar door team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue, including photos if the bottle or packaging is damaged.

Our quality control experts will review your claim to ensure it meets our return criteria regarding wine storage conditions and product faults.
- 3.Secure Packaging
If your return is approved, please repack the wine securely in its original cardboard dividers to prevent further breakage during transit.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
Once we receive the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a replacement vintage immediately.
